they match one of the categories. If you are related in any way to
the person, please make it clear on the form.
Should I expect receipt of my nomination to be
acknowledged?
Yes, you will be sent an
acknowledgement within 14 days.
Should I tell the person I wish to
nominate?
No, it is not fair to raise the person's expectations, in case they
are disappointed.
How will I know if my nomination is
successful?
If the nomination is successful, both you
and the person you have nominated will be notified.
If my nomination is not successful, will I be told
why?
No, but in most cases this will be because the
number of people nominated greatly exceeds the number of awards
available.
