Historically the Council has published material in hard copy, as leaflets, books and forms.  Increasingly information is published on the internet.  This has the advantages of being easy to store, maintain and update without the need for frequent reprinting.  It is also part of the Government's E-agenda to extend the use of ICT as widely as possible for dealings between Councils and the communities they serve.
