Electronic Government
Our Goal is to use technology to deliver high quality services
which put the customer first and to make the Council more
accessible to the public.
Our Aims are to provide choices for customers on how they access
Council services; provide 24 hour contact for customers; and to
provide methods of contact with the Council that are convenient to
customers.
We wish to ensure that Crewe and Nantwich meets the
Government's targets for modern service delivery:
- Delivering the services people want to receive, by electronic
methods
- Focusing on the needs of customers
- Increasing public awareness and opening up the Council
- Ensuring all sections of the community benefit
- Giving staff access to the information they need
