accountable and independent service, ensuring that buildings comply
with relevant legal requirements for health and safety. We aim to
assist you in producing high quality buildings in a time scale
which keeps your costs to a minimum by providing a fast, efficient
and cost effective building control service.
East & South Cheshire Building Control
Service
As from the 2nd July 2007 the East & South
Cheshire Building Control Service will operate from their new
central office based in Sandbach.
The new address

The East & South Cheshire Building Control Service operate
the service on behalf of Congleton, Crewe & Nantwich and
Macclesfield Borough Councils.
The service is responsible for:
- Building Regulations applications and associated matters.
- Demolition notices.
- Dangerous Structures
- Safety at Sports Grounds.
