APPLICATION FOR THE DIVERSION OF PART
OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO.14 AND PART OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO.15 IN THE
PARISH OF AUDLEM

At its meeting on 1st May 2007, the Committee approved
an application submitted by The Rosson Design Partnership to divert
part of Public Footpath No.14 and Part of Public Footpath No.15 in
the parish of Audlem to enable work to be carried out at Woolfall
Manor Farm, Longhill Lane, Audlem.
The decision referred to a plan attached to
the report which showed the changes to the route. The plan
submitted at the time was subsequently found to be incorrect.
The report of the Borough Solicitor now submitted contained a
revised plan which set out the correct route the footpaths would
follow. The Committee was invited to ratify the application
based on the revised
plan.
RESOLVED: That all
necessary steps be taken to secure the diversion of part of Public
Footpath No. 14 and part of Footpath No. 15 (Audlem) along the
routes shown on the plan attached to the report including the
making of an Order under Section 257 of the Town and Country
Planning Act 1990.

located within a mature native hedgerow on the south western
boundary of the site, 48m from Kettle Lane, Audlem.
RESOLVED: That the
Kettle Lane Tree Preservation Order Number 204 made provisionally
on 16 November 2006 be confirmed without
modification.

Order, subject to a minor modification to the schedule to correctly
identify one of the trees as an Alder tree.
RESOLVED: That the land
