MEMBERSHIP OF THE COMMITTEE/SUB-COMMITTEES
9.1 At Council
on 2nd August 2006, Councillor S J S Mottram was
appointed to the Licensing and Regulatory Committee to replace
Councillor A Moran.
Minor amendments to the composition of the
Sub-Committees had been made and Members were asked to approve the
revisions.

RESOLVED:
that the composition of the Sub-Committees, as detailed above be
approved.
9.2 CHAIRMANSHIP
OF SUB-COMMITTEES NOS. 6 AND 7
Members noted a correction to chairmanship
of Sub-Committees Nos. 6 and 7. Councillor Davies had
incorrectly been designated Chair of Sub-Committee No. 6, with
Councillor Beard as Chair of Sub-Committee No. 7.
Chairmanship was as give in the table at 9.1 above.
10 LICENCE
TO DRIVE HACKNEY CARRIAGE AND PRIVATE
HIRE VEHICLES
The licence-holder, the subject of the
report of the Executive Director, Environment and Development, was
not present at the meeting. In the interests of the Rules of
Natural Justice, the item was deferred until the licence-holder
could be present.
