63        Councillor Dodd declared a personal interest in item 7 (P06/1376) of the planning applications list as a relative would be affected by the proposed development.

64        RESOLVED:   That the Minutes of the meeting held on 14th December 2006 be approved as a correct record.

The Council considers that the proposal represents overdevelopment of the site that fails to respect the existing pattern, character and form of the surroundings and therefore conflicts with Policy BE.2 (Design Standards) of the Borough of Crewe and Nantwich Replacement Local Plan 2011.             
 
(Note: Councillors Davies, Dodd, Dykes, Richardson and Weatherill abstained from voting which has been recorded in accordance with Procedure Rule 18(2).)
