Council Board
The Council has elected a Leader and nine other Councillors to
the Board. The Board takes most executive decisions once
policy and budget have been agreed by the Council. In Crewe
and Nantwich, the Board consists of ten Councillors - nine of which
are from the Conservative Group, and one from the
Nantwich Independent Group.
Nine of the Board Members have responsibility for a particular
portfolio of business. The Board is chaired by the Leader of the
Council who also has specific responsibilities. The Board
meets on a monthly basis and all Board meetings are open to
the public.
Councillors who are not on the Board are able to make
representations direct to the Board.

following day.
Members of the public can submit questions to the Board or its
individual Members either by letter, e-mail or
by completing the feedback form.
