is not the source for Unique Property Reference
Numbers (UPRN) for completion of Stamp Duty forms.
Intelligent Addressing is aware
that SDLT guidance notes incorrectly refer to 'Intelligent
Addressing' as a source for obtaining ' National Land and Property
Gazetteer (NLPG) Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN)' for Stamp
Duty forms.
It is hoped that this guidance
will be amended shortly.
In the meantime we encourage those
completing Stamp Duty forms, to obtain the UPRN from any of the
three National Land Information Service (NLIS) Licensed
