PLANNING DECISIONS

The Borough Planning Officer has delegated authority to determine certain planning applications. All other applications are determined by the Development Control Committee which meets monthly. Agendas are published 2 weeks before the Committee meeting. Any amendments to published reports are made verbally by officers at Committee.

Last Committee

Official minutes of the meeting will be available when ratified at the next Development Control Committee meeting.

Decisions at last Committee

We produce a summary weekly list of decisions (.pdf files) on all planning applications which is inclusive of those approved under delegated powers and those which have been determined by the Committee.

The weekly lists of decisions are added to the table below as they are published.
