Affordable Housing Planning Policy
Following the receipt of the 2005 Housing Needs Survey, Crewe
and Nantwich Borough Council has modified the wording of
Policy RES.7 (Affordable Housing) of the Adopted Replacement
Local Plan.
This modified policy will be a material consideration in
respect of all planning applications submitted to the Borough
Council on or after 1st December 2005.

The Cheshire 2011 Structure Plan was adopted by Cheshire
County Council in July 1999. The Written Statement can be viewed on

The Structure Plan provides the strategic context for the
Replacement Local Plan 2011.
