Statutory registers
The Local Planning Authority maintains statutory
registers relating to development in the Borough.
- the planning register which is in 2 parts:
- the register of Certificates of Lawfulness;
- the register of Enforcement Notices and related Stop
Notices
- the register of Hazardous Substances applications.
The registers are available for inspection during normal
office hours at the Planning Help Desk.
Contaminated Land Register
No sites have been identified for
inclusion in the Council's Contaminated Land
Register.
Registers of common land and town or village
greens
The
Official
Register indicating whether a piece of land or property is
registered as common is maintained by Cheshire County
Council (as required by the Commons Registration Act 1965).
The Register contains information relating to rights of
common, claimed ownership registration and registration under the
Land Registration Acts.
