How To View Enforcement Notices Online
 
 
It is now possible to view enforcement notices made by Crewe and Nantwich Borough Council online.  

At present the system works best with Internet Explorer.   If you are using another web browser the system may not produce the expected results.
 

 
The notices made by Crewe and Nantwich Borough Council are displayed on Planning Explorer, a searchable database giving access to copies of the notices.
 

 
Searching

If you know the enforcement record application number ( e.g. E05/2411) go to:
  • Application Search
  • Specific application
    Enter the number in the box. 

You can make a general search by going to:

  • Other criteria 

Enter "ENFORCEMENT RECORD" as a Proposal key word.


Viewing the Search Results

Your search should produce a list of applications that meet the search criteria entered.  Click on the application number to view the details of each application.


Viewing the Application

You will see a table of details taken from the Council's Northgate 20/20 planning application management system.  At the bottom of the page (you need to scroll down) you will see links to 

  • Documents.  To view these, click on the phrase ' View related documents'.  Click on these to view the notice labelled as PL_WEBAPP.
  • If your security settings on your web browser are set to block pop-ups you may get an information message.   To continue and view the document click on OK and click on the message bar at the top of the screen.   Choose to "Temporarily allow pop-ups", click on Retry and the document should load to view.

You should also enable pop ups on any toolbars that may be installed, for example Google, MSN, Yahoo etc.
