Planning Help Desk  Tel (01270) 537502

The Planning Help desk is located in the Municipal Buildings, Earle Street, Crewe and is open from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on weekdays.   The service is operated by customer advisors who are able to help with planning queries relating to the need for planning permission, the completion of application forms and information about past decisions and current applications. 

Copies of submitted planning applications are available for the public to view.

The desk also has copies of the Replacement Local Plan and the Structure Plan as well as information on Public Rights of Way and Cheshire Adopted Highways Register.

A duty Planning officer is also available to help with more complex enquiries.

Applicants and agents who require a pre-application assessment are asked to submit a written request for informal guidance.
