"REFRESHER" LOCAL SEARCH

As part of our "added value" to Local Land Charges Searches, we are offering a "Refresher" service for full local searches.
 
This will enable the person who submitted the original search to request an update within 6 months of the original request, FREE OF CHARGE. 
 
This will include an updated list of planning history and details of any charges registered against the property since the completion date of the original search.  It will also include any additional relevant maps relating to Tree Preservation Orders and copies of any Planning Decision notices which are displayed on the "Refresher" Search.
How to Submit a "Refresher" Search request:
