"Delivery of Property Searches – Good practice guidance"

for Local Authorities and personal search Companies.

Until such time as the new access guidance and the long awaited costing's guidance have been approved and issued for implementation.

This Council will continue to operate under the 2005 guidance terms, which does not require the authority to provide responses to questions on the Con29 which are not available via the public registers.

It is our intention to duly review the contents of the documents once they are published and notify all personal search companies of any proposed changes that the Council will introduce as and when appropriate.
