Smoke Control Areas
Smoke control areas only prohibit smoke from a chimney or flue
and NOT from bonfires, which is covered by
nuisance as mentioned above. Within Crewe there are a number
of smoke control areas, to find out if your property is in such an
area contact Environmental Health.
