0063/ir
Thursday 24th April 2008
Organisers of this year’s Crewe & Nantwich
Festival, which includes the annual Cultural Festival and Carnival
in August, are seeking commercial partners to get involved in the
event programme.
The Festival is a week-long programme of
activities celebrating the arts and culture in a variety of Borough
venues which then culminates with the Carnival weekend taking place
in Crewe Town Centre and Queen’s Park.
Over the duration of the Festival in excess of
40,000 visitors from South Cheshire and beyond are expected to
participate in the event which naturally provides a number of
commercial opportunities for local businesses and organisations to
deliver their message to a varied audience.
Jon Winkle, Marketing Manager for the event
says, “We have a number of opportunities available for local
businesses to get involved in this year’s event including
advertising, trade exhibition space and sponsorship. The Festival
is an ideal chance to not only advertise your product or service to
over 40,000 visitors but also to put something back into the local
community through the event.”
If your organisation would like to discuss
commercial opportunities for the event, or if you would like a copy
of the commercial pack for the event, contact Jon Winkle on 01270
537839 or email festival@crewe-nantwich.gov.uk,
for trade booking enquiries contact Andrew Latham, Outdoor Events
Manager on 01270 537846.
