Rotary of Festival of Youth Sport took place on Saturday 7th July at the Cumberland arena. The event was solely sponsored by the Rotary Club of Crewe & Nantwich Weaver. This is the fourth year of the event and to make people aware of the facilities in Crewe we moved to the Cumberland Arena to raise the profile of this venue.

There were several "come and have a go sports" such as
Cricket, Rugby, Archery, Athletics, Cheerleading and
Multi-sport activities
with the Children and Young people moving around all the disciplines.

 

The event was particuly supported by the partnership working of the Sport Specific Forums and local sports clubs such as Matrix, Greenbank Archers, Crewe & Nantwich Rugby Club, ECB Community Coach and CNBC Community Coaches.
