Hi and Low Aerobics at Victoria Community
Centre
Aerobics is an excellent
cardiovascular session helping burn off body fat, tone muscle,
increase stamina and decrease tension. Classes are suitable
for all levels as you exercise at your own level of fitness so the
workout is as High intensity or Low intensity as you make it.
