Concessionary Discount Scheme
The Everybody Options
Card offers savings of 50% off the full adult rate for
activities at swimming pools, sports centres and other leisure
facilities across Crewe and Nantwich.
To apply for Options you must be a:
- (E) Senior Citizen (Aged 60 +)
- (B) Full Time Student (Aged 18 +)
- (M) Young Person (Aged 17 +)
Or in receipt of any of the following:
- (D) Jobseekers Allowance (Income & Contribution Based)
- (D) Income Support
- (H) Housing Benefit or Council Tax Benefit (Single occupancy
reductions do not apply)
- (C) Disability Living Allowance / Severe Disablement
Allowance
- (J) Attendance Allowance
- (K) Incapacity Benefit Long Term Rate
- (G) War Disablement Pension with Mobility Supplement
- (L) Carers Allowance
- (F) Other Disability Benefits (War Disablement Pension without

How to apply?
Fill in an application form
availiable at the centres or download
this PDF
version of the brochure and fill in the form at the
back then take it to one of the following centres to get your
card straight away:
- Nantwich Swimming Pool
- Crewe Swimming Pool
- Shavington Leisure Centre
- Victoria Community Centre
- Coppenhall Leisure Centre
- Barony Park Complex, Nantwich,
From April 2008 the price of an
Options Card is £5.00 and you must supply proof of
your eligibility to join the scheme.
Applications received from
the Nantwich One Stop Shop or the Municipal Buildings
will normally be processed within 10 working days and your card
will be posted to your home address. Applications made
at the leisure centres will normally be completed at the
centre so that you will be able to access reduced price acivities
straight away.
