Health and safety, business planning,
marketing and customer care were highlighted as strengths by the
examiner. The award will be valid for two years and then we
will be re-assessed to ensure these high standards are being
upheld.
The Quest accreditation last for 2
years, during which time the centre endures a Mystery Visit and a
One day Maintenance Assessment to ensure that standards are being
maintained and hopefully raised in our Customer Service.
At the end of the 2 year period, the
accreditation is re-assessed via a full 2 day re-assessment.
Coppenhall Leisure Centre has now
completed its First 2 year Quest cycle of the scheme that involved
a full 2 day assessment (Nov 2005), Mystery Visit (July
2006) and 1 day Maintenance Assessment (March 2007) in
which it gained the 67%. Now Coppenhall Leisure Centre has
begun its second 2 year Quest cycle and gained 70% in the Nov
2007 Full 2 day assessment. Through gaining 70% at this recent
assessment, Coppenhall Leisure Centre has demonstrated Continuous
Improvement via improved scoring (67% to 70%)
