The Civic Hall is set in the heart of the beautiful ancient
market town of Nantwich and can provide the perfect atmosphere for
any event from large charity functions to smaller more intimate
parties such as birthdays and christenings.
There are many events held regularly at the Civic Hall
including line dancing, ceroc dancing, yoga and Pilates. We are
also proud to take part in the Nantwich Jazz Festival every year
with many top name acts appearing live on our stage.
We host regular events for all members of the public; in the week
we can offer 50 plus exercise club, tea dances, table tennis, bowls
and table top sales. We also put on spectacular stage shows several
times a year, see our events boards for more details.
The Main Hall has a capacity for 500 people, and is perfect
for any large function such as a charity fundraiser or a
concert.
The Main Hall also has a large stage with professional lighting and
sound equipment with a technician on hand to help you with all of
your entertainment needs. There is a large back stage area with two
good sized dressing rooms and W/Cs.
We also have a large professional kitchen with a range of menu
options available and can tailor make them to suit your needs, ask
a member of our staff for a no obligation quote. The kitchen is
also available for hire.
With a capacity for 80 people the
Peggy Killick Suite is perfect for smaller events like a birthday
party or wedding reception, with a stage for entertainment such as
a band or a DJ.
The intimate feel of the room provides an excellent atmosphere for
your party and it is also perfectly suited for meetings,
conferences and training days. Presentation equipment, such as a
projector, can be provided upon request.
We are open to all members of the public and are able to provide
easy access for wheel chairs to all of our facilities, including a
disabled W/C.
