Park Homes and Caravan Sites
Sites on which park homes, mobile homes or caravans are
situated for the purpose of habitation are required to be licensed
by this Council. A site may consist of one caravan. Sites
can be residential or touring.
Conditions relating to density, sanitary provisions, spacing,
roadways etc can be imposed. These will be determined by an officer
from this Council who will inspect the site and discuss the
conditions and requirements with you. You must allow the officer
free access to the site and provide all required information. A
copy of the
Model Conditions can be viewed here but they may be
adjusted.
Planning permission should also be sought.
There is no charge for an application or licence.
