CREWE AND NANTWICH SCHEME FOR EQUALITY
Leaving the Council's Employment
A further requirement of the Race Relations Amendment Act is
that the employer should monitor the ethnic group of all those
leaving employment. For the period 1 April 2002 to 31 March
2003, all leavers have been monitored, although data is obtained
through our central personnel records rather than requested at the
time of leaving. Due to the incomplete nature of our records,
therefore, it has not been possible to obtain the ethnic group
relating to all leavers during the period.
