Alley Gating orders

Cheshire County Council  in exercise of its powers under Section 129A of the Highways Act 1980 (“the 1980 Act”), and being satisfied that the conditions set out in section 129A(3) of the 1980 Act have been met, hereby makes the following Alley Gating Order.

The following location Alley Gating Order comes into effect on 24th June 2008.
