Population in Crewe and Nantwich District
(Section 1 of 2)
- A 2000 Survey on Quality of Life Survey
showed 87% of Crewe and Nantwich respondents describing their
quality of life as being very or quite good (34% stated very
good).
- Midyear population estimates for 2004 show
the total population of Crewe & Nantwich to be 113,400 of which
55,600 (49%) were male and 57,700 (51%).

inhabitants. Haslington, and Wistaston Green are the next
most populated wards with just over 6,000 inhabitants each.
- Peckforton, Wrenbury and Acton each have less than 2,000
residents.
