We want to provide high quality and accessible services. Your views
on these services are very important to us. In this section
you can let us know if you think we did something really well, or
tell us if you have a
complaint, or if you want to share your views, or
ask a question about anything we do.
Every day many people in Crewe and Nantwich use our services.
The Borough Councillors and staff who plan, organise and provide
these do their best to give you the highest standards. However,
from time to time, things may go wrong and if you think we have not
lived up to your expectations, we want to know.

What happens next
Our aim is to reply to you within 7 working days. If you have
paid us a compliment, we will say thank you! If you are sharing
your views or asking a question about our services, we will let you
know what we propose to do. We will let you know who will be
dealing with your feedback.
Don't forget. We have a different procedure for handling
complaints.

We aim to improve the quality of life for people who live in
the Borough of Crewe and Nantwich and are committed to offering the
same level of service to everyone, regardless of race, colour,
gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, ethnic or national
origin, trade union activity, or faith.
We want to do everything we can to help people access our
services. We can help with translation, and provide information in
a variety of formats, such as large print and computer
disk.
And finally
We don't operate this 'comments and compliments' scheme just
to receive a pat on the back - although the occasional 'well done'
won't go amiss! We operate the scheme so that we can continue to
learn and improve. Your comments can help us do so.
